Pool Rules
MegaPool USA is a platform that organizes and manages structured state lottery pools, ensuring unique combinations and transparent operations for games like Power Ball and Mega Millions.
- Each pool has a maximum capacity of 500 members and organizes participation for Mega Millions (Friday) and Powerball (Saturday).
- New members are automatically assigned to the currently active state pool. Manual pool selection is disabled — assignment starts with Florida and moves to the next available state pool once Florida reaches 500 members.
- Pool status: filling (< 500 members) or full (500 members). A new pool opens only when the previous one is full.
- All tickets purchased on behalf of a pool are shared property of the pool.
- Any winnings on a pool ticket are shared with eligible active members whose monthly or yearly pool ticket plan was active before Thursday 11:30 PM ET.
